Who can be on one membership?
Anyone in your household. Everyone on the plan must live in the same household. The first member is $349 a year, the second $249, and each additional member $149.
Is it insurance?
No. It's a dental discount plan, not dental insurance, and it can't be combined with dental insurance. There are no waiting periods, no deductible, no annual maximum and no pre-authorization.
What does it cover?
Exams, X-rays, cleanings and fluoride are covered in full, within the limits in the coverage table. Sealants and space maintainers are 50% covered. Almost everything else, including cosmetic dentistry, is 20% off.
How much will I save on treatment?
Most treatment is 20% off our regular fee. For example, a porcelain crown is $1,133 at our regular fee and $906 with the plan. We'll show you the price of each option before any treatment begins.
Can I pay with CareCredit®?
Yes, but the discount drops by 10% because of merchant fees. Payment is otherwise due at the time of service.
I have gum disease. Can I still join?
Yes. A perio plan is available for ongoing gum care. Call us and we'll explain how it works.

- A discount plan, not insurance.It can't be combined with any other dental insurance.
- Westgate Dental only.If we refer you to a specialist, they won't offer this discount.
- Some injuries aren't covered.Treatment for injuries covered by workers' compensation, disability insurance, a lawsuit or outside medical care.
- Non-transferable.One family member can't be swapped for another.
- Non-refundable.No refunds if you choose not to use your plan.
- Rates can change each year.Payment for services is due at the time of service.
- CareCredit® lowers the discount.Paying for treatment through CareCredit® reduces your discount by 10%, because of merchant fees.
- One offer at a time.The plan can't be combined with any other offer.
- Orthodontic treatment.You must stay on the plan for the whole length of your treatment.
- Dental services only.Products are not included.
